How do I apply for Internet Banking?
To apply simply complete the enrollment form. Once we have verified your information we will notify you that your are ready to use the service.

How do I add a new or existing account to my current online access?
You can add an account by calling customer support at 217-488-6091 or email your request to wbsb@wbsb.com. Please do not transmit confidential information via email.

What accounts can I view through Warren-Boynton State Bank Internet Banking?
You can view transaction history on all your Warren-Boynton State Bank accounts including Loans.

Are there fees to use Internet Banking?
Internet account access is free. The only fee associated with Internet Banking is for the optional Bill Payment Feature.

I can see my account balances but how do I see my transaction history?
To view your account history just click on the underlined account title (i.e.: "Checking" or "Savings")

I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?
Your password is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone. If you have forgotten your password the system administrator can reset your account so that you may select a new one. Just contact us at 217-488-6091 or email us at wbsb@wbsb.com.

How do I pay on my Warren-Boynton State Bank loan through Internet Banking?
You can pay on your Warren-Boynton State Bank loan at no cost by simply transferring funds from your checking account to your loan account through Online Banking. No coupons or checks are necessary.

Here are a few tips to remember when having trouble signing in.
  • When typing in your social security number do not use dashes.
  • Your user password is 8 characters in length.
  • The password is case sensitive.
  • We recommend using alpha, numeric and symbols in the password script.
  • Be sure your keyboard's Caps Lock indicator is not lit.
  • If you forget your password completely or get locked out please send an email message to wbsb@wbsb.com and request to have your account reset.
