Internet Banking Demo Frequently Asked Questions How do I apply for Internet Banking? To apply simply fill out the Online Enrollment form on our website. Once we have verified your information you will receive your "key number" and instructions for first time use via postal mail (usually within 2 business days). How do I add a new or existing account to my current online access? You can add an account by calling customer support at 217-488-6091 or email your request to wbsb@wbsb.com. Please do not transmit confidential information via email. What accounts can I view through Warren-Boynton State Bank Internet Banking? You can view transaction history on all your Warren-Boynton State Bank accounts including Loans. Are there fees to use Internet Banking? Internet account access is free. The only fee associated with Internet Banking is for the optional Bill Payment Feature. I can see my account balances but how do I see my transaction history?
