Fall has officially arrived. That means only one thing, Halloween is right around the corner. At Warren-Boynton State Bank, we take Halloween very seriously. So, we’ve put together this year’s top Halloween trends to help you out!
Halloween cuteness
If there were ever any opportunity to beautify this spooky season, now is your chance. There are plenty of pastel Halloween decorations out there. But if you want to make some, grab:
- the fabric of your choice,
- stuffing,
- needle and thread,
- a glue-gun,
- rice (for weight and stability),
- and the dried stalk of a pumpkin or squash (or plastic or paper stalk from a cheap decoration).
Light up
Now here’s a theme we can all support, lanterns of all shapes and sizes. You can pick these up at your thrift store or garden center. And they don’t need to be fancy or all match because whether you’re planning on lighting up your yard or home, the mismatch of shapes, sizes, and vessels add to the aesthetic.
Party time
If you’re planning a party to mark this year’s spooky season, make sure your table scape is on point. We’re talking candles, skeletons, goblets, cobwebs, creepy crawlies, and so much more. You might want to color coordinate or match your décor with food and beverages. Whichever way you decide to play it, know that shock and awe are the way to go this year!
