Community Banking

Warren-Boynton State Bank has been committed to providing quality community banking services to the New Berlin and Springfield area since 1887. As a locally owned, independent bank, Warren-Boynton State Bank takes a special interest in our customers and the development of our community. We were established in an effort to provide our customers with banking services at affordable prices, exceptional care as the people who place their trust in us are our friends, family, and neighbors. Some of the ways that we maintain our reputation as an outstanding community bank is by providing personal service, fee-free checking, and lending flexibility.

Warren-Boynton State Bank is a place where you’re a person, not an account number.  We live in a small community, making community banking convenient.

We offer a free basic personal checking account with direct deposit, for senior citizens and full-time students up to age 25, with no required balance for a business checking account, first 50 business checks each month are on us, and there are no charges for account inquiry, history, transfer or online bill payment.

We may also be able to save you money by offering lower rates on anything from commercial real estate to car loans.

Warren-Boynton State Bank understands our local community and builds relationships with our customers because we’re here to serve you. The personal knowledge we gain from speaking with our customers, as well as working with and living in our local community, means we’re able to better understand your needs and how to meet these.  We offer access to the same services as larger banks, but choose to support Springfield by using our funds to grow stronger families, businesses, and communities - lending locally and establishing a stronger Central Illinois economy.
