At Warren-Boynton we have a range of services to help you manage your accounts. Our team has put together a checklist for managing your accounts, including frequently asked questions.

Where can I find an ATM?

We have ATMs at:

Main Branch, 702 W. Illinois Street, New Berlin

Shepp’s Bar & Grill, 108 E. Illinois Street, New Berlin

Palmyra Branch, 332 N. Main Street

Warren-Boynton belongs to a system of community bank ATMs in Illinois, Kentucky and Missouri called the Alphalink Alliance.

You can use these without incurring a surcharge for cash withdrawals from the owner of the ATM.

How can I re-order checks?

How do I order a wire transfer?

You can order a wire transfer by visiting one of our four branches in New Berlin, Springfield, Palmyra, or Modesto.

How can I get a copy of my credit report?

A free credit bureau report is available to you at no charge on an annual basis online: www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling 877-322-8228.

How do I access my account, transfer funds, and pay most bills online?

You can access your account information, transfer funds, and pay most bills online or via the mobile app. Our online banking offers the following features:

Person to person payments

Bill payment

Enroll for e-statements

Transfer between accounts and external accounts

Debit card management

Create custom and security alerts

View transaction reports by account, date, category, and amount

How can I better manage my finances?

Available with online banking, My Money Manager is a financial management tool with the following features:

Set up a budget

Create goals

Track your spending

I forgot my password - how do I change it?

Your password is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link within the online banking login.

Do you have text banking?

Text banking is available to obtain account balance and recent activity.

Do you offer safe deposit boxes?

Safe deposit boxes are available at all branches. Contact your local branch for pricing and availability.

Do you offer personal credit cards?
